heating element installed below the
food pan. some element are in a
water bath and use warm water to
keep your product heated. If you are
not getting heat to one of your food
pans it may be one of a few
problems. One there may be a broken
wire or bad connection. Two the
thermostat may be bad. Three the
element may be broken or have a bad
connection. Note the power should
always be off when repairing
equipment.
